We are fun & busy family looking for a dependable experienced family helper. Our home is organized, active, and values communication, and consistency. Our 12 year old son is the primary focus of this role. He is smart, funny, and does best with structure. He has ADHD with typical behaviors such as challenges with focus, transitions, and organization, but nothing severe. He responds well to consistency and calm redirection. Responsibilities include morning routines or afternoon pickup, homework help, driving to activities, and light kid related household tasks. We are flexible with scheduling and open to one or two caregivers. Hours can be flexible preferably Morning 7-10/afternoon 3-6.
