Weekend Babysitter / Family Assistant to 3 Amazing Kids & 1 ADHD Single Dad

- 3 children (Infant, Toddler, Junior High)
- $26.00 - $35.00 per hour
Single dad with 3 kids (7, 11, 13) seeking consistent, reliable weekend help (Sat & Sun, 10-12 hrs each day, around 11a - 9p).
Responsibilities:
- Play and engage kids in fun, age-appropriate activities
- Prep simple meals and snacks
- Light cleaning and laundry
- Drive kids to activities (incl. Lifetime "Parents Night Out" Sat)
- Help pre-teens organize social calendars
- Support family scheduling and flow
Requirements:
- Kind, emotionally attuned and regulated (able to model for kidsand dad, lol)
- Super organized and reliable
- Clear communicator (comfortable with voice notes)
- Growth mindset
- Can plan meals and weekend activities
- Comfortable watching kids solo (mostly 7yo, boys with friends)
Bonus:
- Loves tech/AI
