We are a family of 3 children and a co-parent system between mom and dad

What we need from our sitter is the ability to watch our kids without micro managing their safety (especially the older 2). We would expect you to help them manage their emotional responses by letting them fail and figure it out. Small supportive gestures so that they can grow and flourish.

We need someone who can be involved the majority of the time with the kids. We don’t want the TV turned on all day unless it’s a special occasion. We will provide any tools you need to accomplish your goals with the kids, we just need to communicate.
