We’re a Christian family in Windsor seeking warm, dependable care for two sweet girls, ages 10 months and 2 years. Our faith shapes our home, and we want someone comfortable supporting our routines and values as we show the girls God’s love. We value loving discipline, outdoor activity, education, creativity, and initiative. Care is Mon/Tue/Thu, 8:30–12:30, starting flexibly around Aug 24. Pay is $21–$25/hour, near $25 for a strong fit. Infant/toddler experience, CPR/First Aid, reliable transportation, and non-smoking are important. Duties include engaged play, age-appropriate learning, outdoor time, snacks/meals, and safety. We’ll begin with Google Meet, then an in-home family visit.
