Hi :) We are looking for some help in caring for our 3 y/o son. We have had a great experience w/ our current nanny who has been w/ us since he was an infant, but she is moving on to focus on caring for infants consistent w/ her long term career goals. We are so sad to part ways w/her as she has truly become family. However, we are committed to finding someone w/ a similar passion for child development, someone to foster his imagination, support his social/emotional development, provide guided structure & space for him to continue discovering himself as a person; someone not just to play w/ him but to help shape him into the adult we'll want him to become. Looking for two 10 hr days/week.
