Need an afterschool mother’s helper for middle schooler with a shortened day.

We're looking for a reliable babysitter for our middle school child. Must be able to respect his autonomy while also being open to interest-based activity. Possible additional hours available in the summer. The job starts on May 1st and runs Monday through Friday, from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM. Having own transportation is required.
