Before school care for 2-year-old + take her to school + light housekeeping

We are two loving parents of a daughter who just turned 2. She goes to school every day at 9 AM, but we need help in the mornings for her, and with light housekeeping.
7-9 am: Morning routine of potty/diaper change, getting dressed, brushing hair, brushing teeth, making and feeding her breakfast
9-9:35 am: drive her to school and back
9:35-11 am: Light housekeeping, including toddler laundry, cleaning surfaces, dishes/dishwasher, run the sterilizer, make more milk
Requirements
- Sitter has own car
- Comfortable with pets
