My name is Gwen and I have a 5, soon to be 6, year old named Ahmir who is a burst of energy most days but my love bug and cry baby??‍♀️ lol
We will be new to this, so my main goal would be how my son interact with this new person and how well they cater to my child and reprimand when necessary. I would need the sitter to of course be engaging with everything from school work to tv time to play time. Be able to talk him through his tantrums and not show frustration and scold him because he’s growing and learning his feelings. I want the sitter to be able to really understand that part!
I live in the se quadrant of Dc as of now, looking to move. So before we move out just the two of us, i’d like the sitter to start keeping him while he’s home with my mom so that he’ll adjust more adequately if that makes sense. My work schedule is monday-saturdays, 7:30/8am until i want to take off.
