We are looking for a caring and experienced individual to work with our 4-year-old daughter, Andressa, who has mild autism and a speech delay.

Experience with autism, speech delays, developmental delays, or special needs is preferred. Training in speech therapy, ABA, early childhood education, special education, OT, or child development is a plus. Certifications are highly valued.

We need someone patient, responsible, and energetic to work one-on-one with Andressa in our home in Lewes, DE. Pay is competitive and may increase based on experience and qualifications.
