I’m a dedicated father to my 3-year-old son, River. We follow a structured co-parenting schedule, and I’m seeking reliable childcare during my parenting days. River is bright and playful, with some delayed speech—he understands well but may simplify words (e.g., “prize” for “surprise”). I need a sitter experienced with toddlers to help with fun and educational activities, meals, diaper changes, and nap time. Care is mainly needed on Wednesdays and every other Friday, 8 hours each day. We’re located in New Castle, DE. Ideally, care would take place in our home, but I’m open to flexibility under the right conditions.
