I am a night shift healthcare worker who sleeps during the day on Thursdays & Fridays. My husband & mother will be working from home during the day. Our ideal sitter would supervise indoor & outside play and prepare lunch & snacks for our 3 girls (ages 2, 5, & 9 years) from 9am-5pm on Thursdays and Fridays. Loud activities should be done outside only (tag, "dance party", etc) as the adults working from home are on frequent calls. None of the girls regularly nap at home. The 2 year old is potty trained, but still needs reminders to avoid accidents. The 9 year old will need to complete school assignments on the family computer. Limited screentime will be allowed for all 3 girls. We also have 2 sweet & energetic dogs (Labs) a sitter must be comfortable with. They need to be let outside throughout the day. They enjoy scouting the perimeter of the yard, chasing lizards, eating hibiscus blooms, and playing fetch. Digging, eating tomato plants, & repetitive barking are to be discouraged.
