We need someone who can help keep our kids engaged and entertained while we get ready for an event and then also stay with the kids for a few more hours while we are out.
The important part is being able to put the kids to sleep around 7:30pm. The 4.5-year-old is quite simple to put to bed, but for the 10-month-old infant, we need someone with experience, knowing how to set the mood, wind him down, feed him milk, and get him to bed.
at 7:50pm we have our night time nanny coming over who would take over.
