Seeking reliable childcare provider who has the intention of being around for the next year+. We have a toddler and baby. Hours range depending on needs of that week. Provider would have consistent availability to assist for a few hours at a time. Ideal candidate is energized about learning how to best take care of our children. Must be comfortable with being outside. We live a natural lifestyle on multiple acres. We expect the children to be mostly outdoors. During nap times it is expected to assist our family with light up keep of spaces and folding laundry. Pay begins at $17 and is increased as you show consistency. We are a good family and work very hard. Please do not waste our time.
