Hello, we have an amazing 2 year old daughter who attends daycare from 9-3 every weekday and need someone who can pick her up and care for her from around 3PM to 7PM. I work from home and my wife works at a physician at a hospital nearby.

Chloe is very intelligent (I know all parents probably say that!) and she likes to read books, play magnatiles, go to the park nearby our house, and swim in our pool. She has basic swimming skills and is potty trained. You just need to help her a little in the bathroom but rarely has any accidents.
Ideally, we would like this person to come around 2PM and help with some cooking and light housekeeping (organizing the kitchen, living areas, daughter's room ect...) We don't expect you to be a cleaning person but rather take some of these chores off our hands so we can spend more time with our daughter when not working.

Our schedule is somewhat variable and we travel as well. The nanny/sitter would have to be OK with working more hours certain weeks and less hours other weeks. Someone who has some other source of income is preferred since we can't guarantee full time work.
