Looking for a reliable, patient, and engaging babysitter to assist with our twins. Both are on the autism spectrum (low support needs), and we are seeking someone who is comfortable and experienced working with neurodivergent children.

Not a traditional babysitting role. I will be home. The goal is to have an extra set of hands to help facilitate play, structured and activities.

Requirements:
Experience working with children with autism
RBT experience is strongly preferred
Must be patient, attentive, and proactive
Comfortable taking direction and collaborating with a parent who is present
