We both work. My wife works from home and we really just need 3-4 hours out of the day. Sometimes a little more. Roughly 2-4 days a week. The babysitter ensures the child's safety, engages in play, and supports daily routines. Tasks include preparing meals, changing diapers, and encouraging age-appropriate learning activities. The ideal candidate is comfortable with pets, as we have a friendly dog. Strong communication skills and a nurturing attitude are essential. Prior experience with toddlers is preferred.
