Our son is 3 and a half years old. Generally pretty easy going. You would need to handle bedtime (we usually put him down to sleep around 7 pm) but we have a short and easy routine. We would handle dinner before you arrive.

There are 2 dogs and 1 cat in the house. (You won't even see the cat, I only mention it for potential allergy concerns). The dogs are friendly (1 medium size, 1 small size) and you won't need to do any pet care beyond occasionally opening the door to the backyard for them.

We are in Homestead right down the street from the Speedway.
