We're looking for a babysitter to help with our two toddlers. We'd like to start soon and would reliably need 3 days per week, M, W, and F, starting November. The babysitter must have their own car and preferably experienced with young children and multiples. Exchanges to their other parent is a necessity and the situation is high conflict, generally exchanges are no engagement (ie: just deferments to contact parent with comments/concerns). We're open and honest to find a good fit. Sometimes I will also be home, sometimes not. Usually about 4 hours flexed. This role requires patience and engagement to support their development. We appreciate someone friendly and reliable to join our family.
