Evening Babysitter Needed for Sweet 3-Year-Old (Speech Delay Experience a Plus)

Looking for a caring, reliable sitter for my 3-year-old son while I work evenings (Wed–Sun, around 3:45 p.m.–12:15 a.m.).
Responsibilities include playtime, simple meals/snacks, toilet training, bedtime, and light cleanup.
He’s sweet, curious, and in speech therapy. Experience with speech delays, basic sign language, or French is a plus!
