Occasional date night sitter

My wife and I have a 6yo daughter and 8yo son. We usually need a sitter for the occasional date night.
Kids go to bed at 8 so usually we need someone to watch them for about an hour and then put them down. They go down without issue.
We are located near Coral Rewd Elementary
