Work-from-home homeschool Nokomis family looking for an active, engaging sitter 2-3 weekdays, 4-5 hours/day, daytime hours with shift flexibility. Our 4 kids (18 months, 4, 8, 11) are independent, older two manage themselves, toddler and preschooler are the primary focus.
Activities include outside play, swimming, gymnastics, arts and crafts, and keeping everyone off screens. Light food prep included; occasional tidying appreciated but not priority.
Parents and grandma are always home. We need someone who is engaging and hands-on with the littles and is a positive presence for the bigs and keeps them on task for school. No driving expected. Occasional family travel possible but not required.
