Our family is looking to hire a sitter for 2 children ages 19 months and 4 years old. Mom will be home working, the only time hours would differ would be if she has to go into the office which is very rare and we would give advanced notice. If possible we also would like include the person hired as a back up to our normal child care arrangements throughout the week and during Hurricanes as both parents have to work storm duty. We also have two dogs that you will not be responsible for but you must be comfortable with big dogs as one weighs 70 lbs and the other is a puppy but will be big.
