Blend fruits and vegetables with water base for youngest, serve crunchy snacks to oldest. Oldest gets water with or without flavor packets, or diluted juice. Absolutely no soda pop, sweet tea, or milk. ?

We will provide a binder with recipes and approved snacks. It will have all sorts of info. Kids are easy, they just like to watch shows and play on tablet.
