Hello, I am looking for a babysitter for my 2 boys (ages 3.5 and 1.5yrs) for somewhat regular care (occasional building to routine). I would like to find someone who is comfortable with late afternoon/evening to nighttime care (occasional weekends) as I am looking to establish a routine for the kids and my current childcare situation isn't tenable so nothing is in place yet to give a good idea of a routine schedule.
I am open to discussing hourly/daily rates to find what is convenient and advantageous for both of us. I am looking for an affordable sitter that values the long term value/security that can scale with comfortability/experience with the boys.
