I’m hoping to find someone long-term for morning shifts (typically 7:45 AM–1:00 PM), occasional date nights/date days, and other childcare needs as they come up.

My children have a consistent routine with breakfast, naps, lunch, and bedtime. Responsibilities include supervising the children, following their routine, and preparing simple meals/snacks. They are well-behaved and eat independently, including my 1-year-old.

I’m looking for someone dependable, responsible, punctual, and reliable. Someone who communicates well, gives advance notice if they cannot make a shift, confirms availability the day before, and is someone I can trust to care for my children.
