Our daughter is 8 years old and in 3rd grade. She's an active but well-behaved child, and we have 2 cats who she adores. She has fish and recently adopted a frog from outside! She loves to draw and paint, a lot of crafts. She also likes to read sometimes, play with her Pet Shop toys.
Keep her company, play and interact with her while keeping her safe. She does like to cook, but it's safer if you help her and supervise her cooking! Possibly get her ready for bed if we are out late.
We are in the Palma Ceia neighborhood, and there's a park within walking distance. We would likely need a babysitter once or twice a month for a Sunday afternoon into the evening hours, possibly from 4 or 5 pm till about 9 pm.
