My fiancé and I have two girls (ages 7 and 11). Our 11 year old is very independent and tends to entertain herself. We would mostly need a sitter to assist with our 7 year old. We do have 3 friendly dogs. We both work in the nursing profession so our hourly rate for a sitter has to take that into account. We always round up, add some for gas, pay for any activities done with the girls, and if we order dinner we include our sitter.

Assist with school pick up, driving to and from gymnastics (for our 7 year old) located down the road from the elementary school, HW, dinner, bedtime. No house cleaning/ laundry we just ask to assist/remind kids to pick up after themselves. No pet care.

We need someone for Mondays and Wednesday school pick up to bedtime. Kids can be picked up between 4-430. Ideally would also love if there is some Friday night and/or weekend availability on an as needed basis (but scheduled in advance).
