The babysitter provides attentive supervision and creates a safe environment, ensuring the child's needs are met. Responsibilities include feeding, changing diapers, engaging in age-appropriate activities, and ensuring naps are taken smoothly. The ideal candidate demonstrates patience, communicates effectively, and follows our routines. Previous experience with infants is required. Reliability and punctuality are essential for this role. Must be comfortable with nanny cam.
