We are a family of three boys, ages 5, 9, and 12.

The help we need is mainly for the 5 and 9 year old that both attend Mary Lin Elementary school. We need someone to do school pick-up at 2:15pm and manage the after school routine which includes doing homework, making snack, helping to tidy the school things and transporting to afterschool activities.

The 12 year old typically comes home late, and only needs a ride to soccer on occasion.

The most important thing to us is to be able to keep a regular routine that prioritizes homework after school. Both boys needs hands on help to focus on their homework and to practice their writing.

Most days will end around 6:30/7:00pm, and even on days that we are home earlier we will pay through 6:30pm to provide predictability.
