We are looking for a nurturing, attentive, and engaging nanny/sitter for my 3-year-old son. I prefer someone familiar with Montessori and, ideally, the R. I. E (Resources for Infant Educarers) approach.
I value child-led activities, independence, exploration, and learning through play. I want a caregiver who respects my son’s individuality, follows his interests, and allows him to learn, explore, and develop at his own pace without rushing or forcing activities. Outdoor play, hands-on experiences, emotional development, and limited screen time are also important to me.
