Hi there, we're looking for someone to watch our two children, ages preschool and elementary, starting around mid-May for a monthly date night (possibly more if things go well.) The start date is flexible. We prefer someone who is active and can engage with them in play, games, and backyard fun. Most importantly, we need someone who has experience working with kids with autism. Both our boys are on the spectrum, but it manifests differently with each one. We value safety above everything. A bonus is if you can help with making meals or snacks for the boys. Our hiring process will be one video meeting, reference checks, and one paid "play date" trial. We look forward to meeting you!
