We’re seeking a reliable, compassionate caregiver for our 11-year-old daughter, Josephine, starting as soon as possible. Hours are Mon–Fri, 2:30–5:30 PM during the school year, with flexible summer hours and occasional weekend options. Responsibilities include school pickup, snack prep, structured activities, and possibly homework help. Josephine is empathetic, observant, and independent, but as a neurodivergent child, she faces challenges with emotional regulation. We're looking for someone calm, patient, and comfortable setting kind, clear boundaries. Prior experience is helpful but not required. Car required.
