My daughter, Nora, is 11 y.o. She is bright, highly creative, & somewhat independent w/ basic daily routines. We are currently focused on her executive functioning skills - time mgmt, organization, & emotional regulation during transitions.

She thrives clear boundaries & predictable routines. She loves gaming & animation, so someone who can genuinely engage with her creative interests while firmly managing her boundaries is exactly who we are looking for.

The schedule is sort of TBD right now.
Disposition: Calm, consistent, & confident. You need to be comfortable holding a firm but gentle boundary while keeping the vibe low-stress and positive.
