The babysitter engages in age-appropriate activities, reads stories, and encourages learning through play. Responsibilities also involve maintaining a clean and organized space, handling diaper changes, and providing comfort as needed. The ideal candidate shows patience, communicates well, and has experience with young children. Flexibility in scheduling is important.
