Hi all! My wife and I welcomed our baby girl about two months ago, and we're looking for a nanny to give my wife some extra help and relief during the week!

We're in Caldwell and would prefer someone nearby. We'd start with just a few hours here and there, ideally Monday, Wednesday, and/or Friday. If you already have a school or work schedule you need to keep, we're happy to work around it and find consistent times that work for everyone.

We both work from home, so you'll rarely be completely alone. Our baby girl is the priority, with some very light tidying while she sleeps.

We're LDS and maintain high standards in our home. We'd prefer someone who doesn't drink or use drugs, and smoking is a dealbreaker.

Most importantly, we're looking for someone reliable, communicative, great with babies, and willing to take initiative.
