We are a warm, busy family of five in Beecher, Illinois, looking for a reliable, loving part-time nanny to join our household. We have three children (12,2, infant) but care will mainly be for our 2 year old and occasionally our infant. Mom works from home, so we need someone who can fully take the reins with the kids during work hours and create a calm, nurturing environment where they can play, learn, and thrive. We value connection, consistency, and calm. We want our nanny to feel like a trusted part of our family, not just a babysitter. The schedule runs from June 1st, with flexibility, every M-F, from 11:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Some flexibility with hours is appreciated.
