We are a family with a 4-month-old seeking a nurturing, attachment-focused in-home caregiver. Most care occurs while parents are nearby. Must have own transportation and be experienced with infants, gentle, attentive, and mature (30+). Experience or knowledge in child development and attachment is required. Able to communicate clearly, listen actively, and respond to feedback with openness and curiosity. Safety-trained (infant CPR & first aid). Duties include diaper changes, engaging and soothing our baby, tidying toys, attachment-focused engagement, and light household tasks (laundry, vacuuming, or other light tasks) as needed.
