We’re looking for someone who truly loves children to help with our family. We have three kids — Olivia (6), Sonya (3), and Lucas (1). The two older girls are in school during the day, but Lucas is home. He usually takes a little time to warm up to new people, so patience and a gentle approach are appreciated.

For tomorrow, we need someone to spend the day with Lucas while I work remotely. Our hope is to find someone who can build a long-term relationship with our family and be available to help with childcare occasionally during the week or on Saturdays.

Tomorrow would serve as a trial day for both you and us — a chance to see if this feels like a good fit on both sides.
