Stay-at-home mom to a 21-month-old, looking to hire a "mother's helper". I worked in childcare for many years and I'm very cautious about new caregivers, so at least initially I'd be nearby while you're with her. Her dad also works from home so will often be around. Would like to start with 4 hours/week but scheduling those hours is 100% flexible. Need someone who is OK with sometimes running errands or doing household tasks instead of watching the toddler. I'm envisioning things like: you babysitting upstairs while I work on a project in the basement, you taking her for a walk while I work at home, you running errands while we stay home, or you playing outside with her while I do yard work.
