I’m a hardworking mom with a heart full of love (and a schedule full of night shifts), looking for a responsible, compassionate overnight sitter for my two amazing kids:
• Westlyn (7 years old): My sweet, funny daughter who happens to have autism and developmental delays. She’s the star of the show most nights — patient, loving care and a calm presence are key.
• Theo (11 years old): My awesome son, who may or may not be home depending on custody schedule. He’s independent and low-maintenance — just needs a safe adult around.

Duties:
• Help with bedtime routine (pajamas, brushing teeth, etc.)
• Be present overnight to monitor and support as needed
• Provide morning support (wake-up, light breakfast)
• Ensure a safe, calm, loving environment

Must-Haves:
• Reliable transportation (to and from the job)
• Experience with children, preferably with special needs
• Strong communication skills
• Trustworthy, patient, and nurturing demeanor
• CPR/First Aid certified is a plus

Bonus Points If You:
• Have experience with autism or neurodiverse children
• Are looking for consistent overnight work
• Can handle a full night’s shift with grace and coffee
