We are a busy family of five, balancing careers and the complexities of raising three boys (ages 10, 8 and 2.5). Both parents have demanding jobs, which makes it difficult to maintain the balance we strive for at home.
Of special note is that two of our kids have Type 1 diabetes, which requires careful management, including carb counting and insulin administration.
