Need help with watching 3 year old during some weekday mornings. During weekday mornings child is at home, grandparents will also be at home while child needs care, but grandparents are both working from home during this time and cannot both do that and also care for three year old.
Need help and support with three year old in mornings around 9 am to until maybe 1pm or later. One or both of child's grandparents will be home at most times and available for assistance if needed, but cannot give full attention to 3 year old because they are both working from home during the day.
Schedule may change around, custody is split with child's mother each week so Wednesday and Thursday are consistently days we need help every week, and every other Friday. Frequently there will be additional days that help is needed depending on whether child's mother can find work for the day and will bring child here instead. Weekends may occasionally want babysitting care, but I am usually able to stay off work to be with my son for the whole weekend every week. There are a couple of dogs in the house, so you must be comfortable with dogs.

This is reposted from a couple of weeks ago because schedule changed, but every Weds. and Thurs. morning, and every other Friday will be consistent days that help is now needed for the foreseeable future.
