Once a week and date night sitter

We currently live in North Andover, but will be moving to Salem NH in July.
Looking for someone available 1 day a week-flexible day and hours (however not Friday.) I need a day to run errands/ do laundry/ breathe without a child around my leg haha. Also looking for a date night sitter about once a month on the weekend if interested.
Preferably someone with infant experience and CPR trained. Our children are 3 months, 2 years, and 4 years old.
We do have a dog, but she will only need to be let out in the fenced in yard if needed. (Please be comfortable around dogs.)
Looking for consistent help once a week long term, not just the summer.
