We have two children (one in elementary). Wife is middle school science teacher and husband works from home and travels occasionally.
Dad works from home but has a very busy schedule. Can handle early mornings and late afternoons but the hours 9-2 to play and maintain and interactive environment.

this would be the standard schedule with the potential to switch to full days or longer days when husband/dad is traveling.
