Looking for someone good with neuro-divergent teens to help my 14 year old on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 3:30-6:30. She’s pretty self sufficient, but I’m all the way in Quantico so I appreciate the peace of mind having a driving adult around to provide support.

Our current nanny helps with homework, encourages completion of chores, drives her to activities, and helps her with executive functioning to manage assignments. It’s a great big-sister kind of vibe. We love our current nanny, but she’s moving away, so we’ll need to hire to start in November.

Candidate should have a car and be reliable. We also have a cat (for allergy awareness).

LGBTQ positive is a must.
