Saturdays 9AM-2PM (5 hrs/wk).
Details: $20/hr via W-2.
Reliability/consistency musts.

Love outdoor adventures, creative play, organizing chaos? Perfect!
Responsibilities: Burn energy outdoors—backyard park first, local parks after 1mo. Arts/crafts, reading, naptime prep, toy/garage organization (he helps, learns responsibility!).
Requirements: Young/energetic to run/play/match his energy. Own vehicle/insurance. Background check. Creative, patient; toddler exp +. CPR/First Aid/refs bonus!
