Hi, I have a 5 year old daughter and 1 year old son, we need someone on occasion to come watch them. They need help with bed time along with making sure they eat dinner and the night time routine. I would like the baby sitter to interact with the kids while we are home therefore they can be comfortable. My 5 year old daughter is very routine driven and somewhat self sufficient. My 1 year old is the one that would need most of the attention.
