We’re looking for a responsible, upbeat, and proactive Helper to support our busy household. Kids require guidance to encourage and enforce boundaries. Parents will give guidance for the day but this role requires a self-motivated individual to keep things running smoothly. It’s about being an extra set of hands for us, the kids, and our home.
The role includes:
• Supporting structure, routines, and keeping things calm and positive after school or during breaks
• Light housekeeping
• Helping transport kids to activities and sports
• Managing screen time and encouraging real-world activities
• Running local errands as needed
