We're seeking a warm, reliable babysitter for our three curious kids (ages 5, 4, and 2), all of whom are potty trained. We follow the Montessori method and gentle discipline, so we'd love someone who is familiar with these approaches.

Our kids love to play, read, and explore, and we keep screen time to a minimum. We need a sitter who is active and engaged. Along with childcare, we'd appreciate a little help with light tidying (like wiping counters and helping the kids clean up) and a load of laundry.
