We are a nature-loving family in Northfield Township seeking a recurring Friday caregiver for our two young children (25 months and 10 months by August) beginning August 7th. Hours are roughly 8–4 Fridays year-round, with some flexibility. Our family values outdoor play, creativity, curiosity, gentle guidance, and a screen-free childhood. We live on 10 wooded acres with lots of opportunities for nature exploration, gardening, sensory play, and messy outdoor fun in all seasons. Our ideal caregiver is calm, dependable, patient, and genuinely enjoys spending time with young children. Waldorf, Montessori, Reggio, forest school, or ECE backgrounds are wonderful fits, but we care more about finding the right person than a perfect resume. Non-smoker only and comfortable with 3 indoor cats. A parent usually works from home but will not micromanage.
